We have a number of different rooms which we hope will suit your needs. All our rooms and Gîtes are supplied with bed linen and towels and they ALL have private “en-suite” bathrooms. All have heating and are on a level of our house that stays cool in the summer.

Our double rooms are luxuriously furnished and offer a quiet and restful night’s sleep, and are a generous size (22m2), and include breakfast. All have private en-suite bathrooms with shower and toilet and a well lit sink and mirror. All rooms have an outside door that can only be opened from the inside to provide secure access to our green space.
One of our double rooms has a communicating door to the twin room which is perfect for families with older children who would appreciate a little privacy. The door between these two rooms can be locked for privacy.

Our twin room is the same size as our double rooms (22m2) and are perfect for anyone who needs separate beds. They have their own en-suite bathroom and can be combined with a double room to create a family suite – perfect for older children who would like a little privacy. The beds are 90cm x 200cm. Our family rooms are larger than the generously sized double rooms (27m2) and have private en-suite bathrooms. They have an extra area for two bunk beds, which while full length for adults, are also perfect for younger children who appreciate being with their parents.
The main bed is 160cm x 200cm and the bunk beds are 90 x 200cm.
The room includes breakfast.
The family rooms have access to our green spaces through doors which can only be opened from the inside for security and privacy.

Our Gîtes are perfect for those who would prefer self catering accommodation. They are sold without breakfast but breakfast can be provided for a modest extra charge per person. This area has good shopping in nearby towns (Lubersac, Pompadour, etc.) and a really great boulangerie open Tuesday to Sunday inclusive.
The studio is designed for anyone with any mobility issues. The front door is stepless and the shower, toilet, hand basin and the double bed are designed for accessibility.
It is perfect for small family or group of 4 adults. It has a small but functional kitchen including fridge, microwave and twin hotplates – everything you need to prepare, serve, and eat meals with your companions or family. The double bed is 160cm x 200cm and the bunk beds are 90cm x 200cm so will accommodate adults as well as children. There is a TV and designated outside dining and plenty of space to relax. Troche boasts an outstanding Boulangerie and, in a wonderful atmospheric breakfast room with high ceilings and timbers from the original barn, we combine their delicious products (croissant, pain au raisin, fresh pain blanc) with great coffee and teas (black, green and mint), juices (apple and orange) , regional cheeses, breakfast meat like freshly sliced ham, salami and local sausage, jams, yoghurt, cereals, eggs, and fresh fruit and home grown walnuts to serve a breakfast with something for everyone. No one leaves the table hungry if we can help it! (unless they choose to!)
Note: we can accommodate lactose free and gluten free although some choices on the buffet are not advised in these circumstances. Please let us know of dietary issues (including vegan) when you book and we will do our best to make sure you’re not amongst the hungry.
